Born from a
passion for
perfection

In 2010, founder Maya Chen left her corporate job with a one-way ticket to Ethiopia and a dream. She spent 6 months learning from coffee farmers, understanding the soil, the altitude, the love that goes into every cherry.

She came back and opened Brewed & Co. in a tiny 400 sq ft space. Today we have 3 locations, but the mission is unchanged: serve the best cup of coffee humanly possible.
